We’re doing lots to keep things safe at LF HQ at the moment. Here are some specifics that you might like to know. We’ll add updates as things change over the coming weeks, but if you have any questions that aren’t covered here, feel free to send a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’re back delivering Monday to Saturday. Both “Little” and “Bigger Little” bunches are available.
We’re not currently accepting deliveries to schools or hospitals.
We’ll keep you posted as things evolve.
We’re increasing our days of operation as follows:
w/c 27th April – delivering Wednesday to Saturday. Little bunches only will be available.
w/c 4th May – delivering Tuesday to Sunday. Little bunches only will be available Tuesday – Saturday. If you would like to order for Mothers’ Day we do have a limited number of our “Seasonal Special” available – locally grown Garden Roses 🙂
Just confirming we’ll be delivering on Friday and Saturday this week. We’re hoping to increase the number of days per week we operate ASAP. We’re just working on logistics to ensure we’re keeping everyone as safe as possible before adding in extra days.
For those of you who are super organised, we’re expecting to open up orders for Mothers’ Day next week. Watch this space 🙂
We are following all government advice regarding physical distancing at LF HQ. In addition, all staff, including couriers, will be temperature checked upon arrival and anyone entering the studio will be required to immediately wash their hands. Our Florists and admin team will wear gloves and masks while in the studio, and also wash their hands regularly throughout the day. All surfaces will be disinfected at the end of each shift. We will be sourcing our flowers directly from the farm where possible in order to minimise market visits.
We’re currently only delivering to apartments and houses (no businesses, schools, hospitals or residential facilities). All couriers have been asked to carry out zero contact deliveries – physical distancing of at least 2 metres, leaving flowers at the door and calling or texting the recipient to let them know where they have been left. For extra safety, we have requested that all couriers avoid touching door handles and bells and also that they use hand sanitiser before and after each delivery.
We are currently reviewing this on a week by week basis. Week commencing 13th April, we’ll be delivering on Friday and Saturday only. We will keep this page updated and also update our social media channels to keep everyone informed. @littleflowerssydney
Thanks for your support and stay safe.
