Hi everyone
We’re doing lots to keep things safe at LF HQ at the moment. Here are some specifics that you might like to know. We’ll add updates as things change over the coming weeks, but if you have any questions that aren’t covered here, feel free to send a quick email to hi@littleflowers.com.au
We are registered as a Covid Safe business and are closely following government advice as it evolves throughout this latest outbreak.
Only essential team and contactors are allowed into the building and we have strict protocols for checking in, mask wearing and hand sanitising. Anyone entering the building also has their temperature checked and recorded.
Since the initial outbreak in 2020 we have staggered shift times and altered our studio layout to allow for increased physical distancing. We also introduced an enhanced end of shift cleaning process to ensure surfaces are disinfected regularly.
We are currently minimising our visits to market by ordering flowers remotely where possible and having them collected, prior to the market opening, and delivered to us.
We’re currently only delivering to apartments and houses (no businesses, schools, hospitals or residential facilities).
All couriers have been asked to carry out contactless deliveries – physical distancing of at least 2 metres, leaving flowers at the door and calling or texting the recipient to let them know where they have been left. For extra safety, we have requested that all couriers avoid touching door handles and bells and also that they use hand sanitiser before and after each delivery.
We are currently delivering Monday – Sunday.
Thanks for your support and stay safe.
