- Yes! Gift hampers will be dispatched and delivered across Sydney from 1pm, so just be sure to get your order in before 12.30pm for same-day delivery.

Do you offer weekend flower and gift deliveries to Sydney?
- Yes! We deliver flowers and gifts on Saturday and Sunday all across Sydney. Just order before 12.30pm for same day delivery.

Can you deliver my gift hamper at a specific time of day?
- To keep our carbon footprint (and our prices) as low as possible we batch our flower and gift deliveries together, so they can go via the most efficient route on the day. That means that all of our flowers and gifts are dispatched across Sydney at 1pm each day. If you need your gift delivered in the morning we can sometimes arrange this, but there will be an additional delivery charge. How will I know my gift hamper has been delivered?
- You’ll receive an email from us to confirm your gift has been delivered safely.

Can I add a message card to my gift hamper?
- When you place your order you’ll be given the chance to personalise your gift hamper with a message. To make your gift delivery extra special, you can also add a photo or a video to your message card when you order.

How should I care for my flower bouquet?
- Your bouquet will be delivered with a water pack to keep it nice and fresh. Once you receive your hamper, simply remove the packaging from your flowers, give the stems a quick snip and pop them into a squeaky clean vase with some nice fresh water. To enjoy your flowers to the fullest, keep them away from direct sunlight and refresh the water every couple of days.

How long will my flowers last after delivery?
- The longevity of your flowers will depend on the variety and the time of year. Most varieties have a minimum vase life of 3-5 days, but lots of blooms will last even longer, particularly during the winter months. The vast majority of our flowers are locally grown, and the shorter distance travelled means they have a longer vase life than imported flowers.

- You can check out our ‘Daily Mixed Bouquet’ page to see the flowers of the day and look through the photo gallery to see how many blooms are included in each size.

Is it possible to place an order for multiple gifts at once?
- Absolutely! Just select the number of gift hampers you require when ordering, if you’re delivering all gifts to the same address. For orders to multiple addresses, or orders that include different products, just press ‘continue shopping’ when you get to the cart to add more flowers or gifts to your order.
