FAQ & Delivery

Here are a few little things you might like to know. If you have any questions that aren’t covered here, just send us a quick email: hi@littleflowers.com.au.

How does it all work?

We deliver fresh little bunches of flowers in Sydney each weekday for $30 per bunch. We sell only one style each day and the bunches are simpler and smaller than a traditional bouquet, but we think that makes them better. They’re carefully wrapped in high-grade hessian, secured with natural twine and finished with a cute tag that’s been printed on environment-friendly card.

Do you deliver to my area?

We’re growing fast and deliver to most of Sydney’s inner city areas: Abbotsford, Alexandria, Allawah, Annandale, Arncliffe, Artarmon, Ashbury, Ashfield, Auburn, Balmain, Balmain East, Banksia, Barangaroo, Bardwell Park, Bardwell Valley, Beaconsfield, Belfield, Bellevue Hill, Belmore, Bennelong Point, Beverly Hills, Bexley, Birchgrove, Bondi, Bondi Junction, Breakfast Point, Brighton Le Sands, Broadway, Bronte, Burwood, Burwood Heights, Cammeray, Camperdown, Camperdown, Campsie, Canada Bay, Canterbury, Carlton, CBD, Centennial Park, Chatswood, Chippendale, Chiswick, Circular Quay, Clovelly, Concord, Concord West, Coogee, Cremorne, Cremorne Point, Crows Nest, Croydon, Croydon Park, Darling Harbour, Darling Point, Darlinghurst, Darlington, Dawes Point, Denistone, Double Bay, Dover Heights, Drummoyne, Dulwich Hill, Dundas (Not Dundas Valley), Earlwood, East Ryde, East Sydney, Eastwood, Edgecliff, Elizabeth Bay, Enfield, Enmore, Epping, Ermington, Erskineville, Eveleigh, Five Dock, Forest Lodge, Gladesville, Glebe, Glebe Point, Gordon, Granville, Greenwich, Guildford, Guildford West, Haberfield, Harris Park, Haymarket, Holroyd, Homebush, Homebush West, Hunters Hill, Huntleys Cove, Huntleys Point, Hurlstone Park, Hurstville, Kensington, Killara, Kingsford, Kingsgrove, Kirribilli, Kogarah, Kurraba Point, Lakemba, Lane Cove, Lavender Bay, Leichhardt, Lewisham, Lilyfield, Lindfield, Linley Point, Longueville, Macquarie Park, Maroubra, Marrickville, Marsfield, Mascot (not airport) Mays Hill, McMahons Point, Meadowbank, Melrose Park, Merrylands, Merrylands West, Millers Point, Milsons Point, Monterey, Moore Park, Mosman, Naremburn, Neutral Bay, Newington, Newtown, North Bondi, North Parramatta, North Ryde, North Strathfield, North Sydney, Northbridge, Northwood, Oatlands, Paddington, Parramatta, Petersham, Point Piper, Potts Point, Putney, Pymble, Pyrmont, Queens Park, Randwick, Redfern, Rhodes, Riverview, Rockdale, Rodd Point, Rose Bay, Rosebery, Rosehill, Roselands, Roseville, Rozelle, Rushcutters Bay, Russell Lea, Rydalmere, Ryde, Silverwater, South Coogee, South Wentworthville, St Leonards, St Peters, Stanmore, Strathfield, Strathfield South, Strawberry Hills, Summer Hill, Surry Hills, Sydenham, Sydney, Sydney Olympic Park, Tamarama, Tempe, The Rocks, Town Hall, Turrella, Ultimo, Vaucluse, Walsh Bay, Wareemba, Waterloo, Watsons Bay, Waverley, Waverton, Wentworthville, West Ryde, Westmead, Willoughby, Willoughby North, Wolli Creek, Wollstonecraft and Zetland.

You don’t deliver to my area yet, but I really want to send Little Flowers – what can I do?

You can pester us, prod us and maybe even make a special request if it’s extra romantic, but just know that if we can’t get to you just yet – we’re trying our best. Please keep an eye on our facebook page, or sign up to our email, so we can update you as we grow.

I want to send flowers at the weekend, can you help?

We only deliver Monday to Friday. But there’s loads of cool flower market stalls around Sydney on weekends so go out and get yourself delivering – you only need us during the week.

When’s the order deadline for today’s flowers?

There’s no set deadline – orders close when we run out of fresh flowers for the day. It usually happens around 1pm but on busy days it could happen as early as 10am. You’ll know you can order for same-day delivery if ‘send now’ appears on the main picture.

What if I want to send for another day?

You can select ‘send on a later date’ to order Little Flowers for someone one or more days in advance. The style will be different to today’s flowers, but just as beautiful. And the best thing is you’ll know your order is locked in.

Can I get my flowers delivered at a specific time of day?

Unfortunately we’re not able to do timed deliveries as our couriers go via the most efficient route on the day. It’s good for the environment and it helps keep the price of our flowers down, which is just the way we like it.

When will my flowers be delivered?

If your flowers haven’t arrived yet, don’t worry. As our couriers deliver by the most efficient route on the day, we can’t give exact delivery times. Our first orders are dispatched at 10am and the majority are completed by 4.30pm. The very latest your flowers will be delivered is by 5.30pm to businesses and 7pm to residential addresses. You will be notified by email or phone if there is a problem.

How do I know my flowers have been delivered?

When your order is complete you’ll receive an email to confirm your flowers have been safely delivered. This might come in slightly later than the actual time delivered because our couriers are bad at riding bikes and typing at the same time.

Help! There’s a problem with my order! What can I do?

OK, don’t panic. First, email us as soon as you can. Put ‘Help’ in the title if you think it will, well, ‘help’. We know that sometimes a recipient leaves work early, is sick or has moved offices. Because we operate on super-quick turn around times, we really need 24 hours notice to change or cancel an order. But if you’re nice and the flowers haven’t already left the building, we’ll do our best to accommodate any change. You can reach us at hi@littleflowers.com.au
