We reserve the right to not send the Photo and refund the Photo Fee if the Photo if in our opinion the Photo is offensive or if we experience technological problems which can sometimes occur. However we do not offer a vetting service and accept no liability for sending the Photo to the recipient. We will try to contact you if the Photo will for any reason not be delivered, to see if you would like to
- send the flowers without the Photo,
- delay sending the flowers and Photo until the Photo is replaced or can be printed or
- cancel the order altogether and give you a full refund,
but if we can’t get your instructions by our cut off time we will send the flowers without the Photo, and refund only the Photo Fee.
