Do you offer same-day delivery for Orchids?
- Yes! Your Orchid be dispatched and delivered across Sydney from 1pm, so just be sure to get your order in before 12.30pm for same-day delivery.

Can I add a message card with my Orchid?
- When you place your order you’ll be given the chance to personalise your gift with a message that’s attached to your Orchid. To make your delivery extra special, you can also add a photo or a video to your message card when you order.

How will I know the Orchid has been delivered?
- You’ll receive an email from us to confirm your Orchid delivery has arrived safely.

Can you deliver Orchid at a specific time of day?
- To keep our carbon footprint (and our prices) as low as possible we batch our flower and gift deliveries together, so they can go via the most efficient route on the day. That means that all of our flowers and gifts are delivered across Sydney from 1pm each day. If you need your Orchid delivered in the morning we can sometimes arrange this, but there will be an additional delivery charge. Do you do weekend flower and gift deliveries to Sydney?
- Yes! We deliver flowers and gifts on Saturday and Sunday all across Sydney. Just order before 12.30pm for same day delivery.

Is it possible to place a flower order for multiple Orchids at once?
- Absolutely! Just select the number you require when ordering, if you’re delivering all items to the same address. For orders to multiple addresses, or orders that include different products, just press ‘continue shopping’ when you get to the cart to add more items to your order.
