Sunflowers

From $55

Guaranteed to turn frowns upside down. Sunflowers are one of our best selling flowers. Why? They’re long lasting, they’re bright and happy, and they are loved as much by the fellas as the ladies. A true crowd-pleaser.

Locally sourced from:

Southern Highlands, NSW.

Sunflowers are perfect for:

Birthday flowers, Cheer ups, Thank Yous, and little gestures of kindness. We’re also told that, if you send them at the weekend, they’re excellent at curing the Sunday night scaries.

  • Do you offer same-day sunflower delivery in Sydney?

  • Yes - we offer same-day sunflower delivery across Sydney. Just place your order before 12:30pm and your flowers will be dispatched that afternoon. Our deliveries are batched for efficiency, with most arriving from around 1pm onwards.
  • Can I choose a specific delivery time for my sunflower bouquet?

  • To keep our deliveries efficient (and our prices fair), we batch routes across Sydney each day rather than offering exact time slots. If you need a morning delivery, we can sometimes arrange it for an additional fee - just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
  • Can I add a message or gift with my sunflower bouquet?

  • Absolutely. You can add a personalised message at checkout, and we’ll attach it to your bouquet. You can also include a photo or video message for something a little more special. If you’d like to send more than just flowers, you can explore our range of curated gift packs: https://littleflowers.com.au/gift-hampers/
  • How will I know my flowers have been delivered?

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your flowers have been delivered safely.
  • How do I care for my sunflower bouquet?

  • Your flowers will arrive with a water pack to keep them fresh. Once received, trim the stems and place them in a clean vase with fresh water. Keep them out of direct sunlight and refresh the water every couple of days. Sunflowers are quite thirsty, so keep the vase well filled and refresh the water regularly. Their leaves may wilt before the flowers - you can gently remove them to keep the bunch looking fresh.
  • How long will sunflowers last?

  • Vase life varies depending on the flower and the time of year, but most bunches will last around 3-5 days, often longer with proper care. Because we prioritise locally grown flowers, they haven’t travelled far, which helps them stay fresher for longer.
  • Are sunflowers a good gift?

  • Sunflowers are one of the easiest flowers to send when someone needs a lift - bright, bold and hard not to smile at. They’re a popular choice for cheering up a tough week, sending a little Sunday night pick-me-up, or just letting someone know you’re thinking of them.
  • Are sunflowers available year-round in Sydney?

  • Sunflowers are available year-round in Australia. Little Flowers sources NSW-grown sunflowers through spring, summer and autumn, and rely on Queensland growers during the cooler months - so there’s almost always a beautiful bunch available.
  • Do you do weekend flower deliveries to Sydney?

  • Yes! We deliver flowers and gifts on Saturday and Sunday all across Sydney. Just order before 12.30pm for same day delivery.
  • Is it possible to place a flower order for multiple bouquets at once?

  • Absolutely! Just select the number of flowers you require when ordering, if you’re delivering all bunches to the same address. For orders to multiple addresses, or orders that include different products, just press ‘continue shopping’ when you get to the cart to add more flowers or gifts to your order. If you have any issues, drop an email to our lovely customer service team - you can reach them on hi@littleflowers.com.au
  • Can you help with corporate orders for flowers and gifts?

  • Yes! We’re experienced in delivering a high volume of bouquets to meet specific briefs. You can check out our Corporate page https://littleflowers.com.au/corporate for more information or drop an email to hi@littleflowers.com.au with what you need and we’ll get back to you to work out a plan together.
