Do you offer same-day delivery for Mini Christmas Trees?
- Yes! Trees will be dispatched and delivered across Sydney from 1pm, so just be sure to get your order in before 12.30pm for same-day delivery.

Can I add a message card or hamper to the order?
- When you place your order you’ll be given the chance to personalise your bunch with a message that’s attached to your order. To make your delivery extra special, you can also add a photo or a video to your message card when you order. If you’re interested in sending more than that, be sure to check out our Gift Hamper page.

How will I know the tree has been delivered?
- You’ll receive an email from us to confirm your tree delivery has arrived safely.

How should I care for my Mini Christmas Tree?
- Your tree will be delivered with a water pack to keep it nice and fresh. Once you receive it, simply remove the packaging, give the stems a quick snip and pop them into a squeaky clean vase with some nice fresh water. To enjoy your tree to the fullest, keep them away from direct sunlight and refresh the water every couple of days.

How long will Mini Christmas Trees last after delivery?
- The longevity of your trees will depend on the variety and the time of year. Most varieties have a minimum vase life of 3-5 days, but lots of blooms will last even longer, particularly during the winter months. The vast majority of our flowers are locally grown, and the shorter distance travelled means they have a longer vase life than imported flowers.

Can you deliver my tree at a specific time of day?
- To keep our carbon footprint (and our prices) as low as possible we batch our flower and gift deliveries together, so they can go via the most efficient route on the day. That means that all of our flowers and gifts are delivered across Sydney from 1pm each day. If you need your bouquet delivered in the morning we can sometimes arrange this, but there will be an additional delivery charge. Do you do weekend deliveries to Sydney?
- Yes! We deliver on Saturday and Sunday all across Sydney. Just order before 12.30pm for same day delivery.

Is it possible to place an order for multiple trees at once?
- Absolutely! Just select the number of trees you require when ordering, if you’re delivering all bunches to the same address. For orders to multiple addresses, or orders that include different products, just press ‘continue shopping’ when you get to the cart to add more flowers or gifts to your order. Buy one of our Mini Christmas Trees and you’ll have the option of delivering it back to Mother Nature once the festivities are over.
