Disbud chrysanthemums are the classic Mother’s Day flower—fluffy, sculptural and full of presence. These mauve beauties bloom right on cue each autumn and aren’t around for long. We’re pairing them with native eucalyptus for a soft, tonal moment in mauve and silver-grey. Two varieties are in season; we’ll choose the best blooms on the day. Limited availability.

  • How should I care for my disbud chrysanthemum bouquet?

  • Your flowers will arrive with a water pack to keep them fresh. Once received, trim the stems and place them in a clean vase with fresh water. Keep them out of direct sunlight and refresh the water every couple of days. Disbud Chrysanthemums are long-lasting and fairly low maintenance - just keep the water clean and enjoy how well they hold.

  • Vase life varies depending on the flower and the time of year, but most bunches will last around 3-5 days, often longer with proper care. Because we prioritise locally grown flowers, they haven’t travelled far, which helps them stay fresher for longer.
