How does the surprise flower subscription work?
- You choose the delivery date for the first bouquet, and we’ll take care of the rest at Little Flowers. The following two bouquets will be delivered at random across the next two months.

How many deliveries are included?
- This includes three deliveries in total - one on your chosen date, followed by two surprise deliveries.

Is this a one-off purchase?
- Yes - this is a one-off payment made upfront for all three deliveries. It won’t continue beyond that unless you choose to order again.

When will the surprise deliveries arrive?
- The second and third bouquets will be delivered at random across the following two months after the first delivery.

Can I choose the delivery dates?
- Yes - while the idea is to keep things a little unexpected, we’re always happy to work around your preferences. If you’d like to choose specific dates for all deliveries, just let us know when ordering and we’ll arrange it for you.

Can I change the delivery details after ordering?
- If you need to update the delivery address or details, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I include a message with each delivery?
- Yes - you can include a message when placing your order, and it will be included with each delivery. If you’d like different messages for each bunch we delivery, just let us know when ordering and we’ll arrange It.

What if the recipient isn’t available on certain days?
- No problem - just let us know any dates to avoid when placing your order, and we’ll make sure deliveries are scheduled around them.

What flowers will be included?
- Each delivery will feature our Daily Mixed Bouquet, created using the best seasonal flowers available. As the bouquet changes daily, each delivery will be a little different.

- Yes - it’s a simple way to send flowers more than once, with a mix of planning and surprise built in. It’s designed for creating unexpected moments - keeping the romance alive, showing up when it matters, or surprising someone just because you can.

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Sydney?
- Yes - we offer same-day flower delivery across Sydney. Orders placed before 12:30pm will be delivered from 1pm that day.

The first bunch will be sent on the date you nominate when ordering. Subsequent bunches will be sent at randomly across the following two months.
