Can I send the first bouquet on a day other than Valentine's Day?
- You sure can! Lots of people like to get in early and send a day or two before Valentine's Day, to get the ball rolling! Just select your first delivery date from the calendar when you place your order.

Will I be notified in advance when the second and third bouquets are being sent out?
- Absolutely. We will send you an email a couple of days in advance to let you know.

What happens if the delivery dates for the second and third bouquets aren't suitable?
- You'll receive an email in advance of us sending out the second and third bunches, letting you know when to expect delivery. If the date isn't suitable for any reason just email back and we will change it for you.

I have specific dates I'd like to send the second and third bouquets on - is that possible?
- No problem at all - just drop a line to hi@littleflowers.com.au and we'll work out a plan together.

Can I add a message card to my flowers?
- When you place your flower order you’ll be given the chance to personalise your bunch with a message that’s attached to your bouquet. To make your flower delivery extra special, you can also add a photo or a video to your message card when you order.

Can I add different messages to each bouquet?
- The message you include on the order form when you place your order will appear on all three bunches. However, if you'd like to mix it up and put different messages on the second and third bunches just email us and we'll make it happen. You can contact us on hi@littleflowers.com.au

Can I personalise my flowers?
- Yes! In addition to adding a message to your flowers you can upload a video or photo when you order. The photo will be printed alongside the message. For videos, your recipient will be able to scan a QR code to view.

Can I change the photo or video for the second and third bouquets?
- Yes, you'll just need to email us with your order number and we can help you do that.

Can I deliver subsequent bouquets to a different address?
- Yes! If you need to change the address you can email us with your order number and we will organise for you. Contact us on hi@littleflowers.com.au

How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?
- You’ll receive an email from us to confirm your flower delivery has arrived safely.

How should I care for my flowers?
- Your bouquet will be delivered with a water pack to keep it nice and fresh. Once you receive your flowers, simply remove the packaging, give the stems a quick snip and pop them into a squeaky clean vase with some nice fresh water. To enjoy your flowers to the fullest, keep them away from direct sunlight and refresh the water every couple of days.

How long will my flowers last after delivery?
- The longevity of your flowers will depend on the variety and the time of year. Most varieties have a minimum vase life of 3-5 days, but lots of blooms will last even longer, particularly during the winter months. The vast majority of our flowers are locally grown, and the shorter distance travelled means they have a longer vase life than imported flowers.

Can you deliver my flowers at a specific time of day?
- To keep our carbon footprint (and our prices) as low as possible we batch our flower and gift deliveries together, so they can go via the most efficient route on the day. That means that all of our flowers and gifts are delivered across Sydney from 1pm each day. If you need your bouquet delivered in the morning we can sometimes arrange this, but there will be an additional delivery charge. Do you do weekend flower deliveries to Sydney?
- Yes! We deliver flowers and gifts on Saturday and Sunday all across Sydney. Just order before 12.30pm for same day delivery.

Florist notes:
Please note our mixed bouquet changes daily, based on what’s in season and looking best at the market, so your bunches will look a little different to the ones photographed.
