Can I get timed delivery?
Most of our deliveries are batched for efficiency and the environment, but if you need a direct courier at a specific time, we can usually make it happen for a little extra cost. Just drop us an email on hi@littleflowers.com.au and we can work out a plan together.

How far in advance can I order?
You can order online up to 3 days before your event. If you’re caught short, email us – sometimes we can help at shorter notice.

How are the flowers delivered?
All vases arrive ready to go. The flowers are pre-arranged, so you just need to unpack them and place them where you’d like – no extra arranging needed.

Do I need to return the vases?
The vases are yours to keep – lots of people choose to hand them out to guests at the end of their party as a little memento of the event. However, we also offer $2 back for each clean vase returned to Little Flowers, because it’s great for the environment if we can re-use them.

Can I request a special colour scheme?
We often do custom colour palettes, so generally this is a yes! Some colours can incur an extra charge though, depending on market availability so drop us a line to enquire and we can work out a plan together: hi@littleflowers.com.au

Can I request specific flowers?
We focus on seasonal, locally grown flowers to keep our blooms fresh and affordable so may not be able to accommodate specific flower requests. Do ask though – because if we can, we will! Email us on hi@littleflowers.com.au and tell us what you have in mind. 

Do you use seasonal flowers?
Yes. We prioritise seasonal flowers, and more than 95% of our flowers and foliage are grown in Australia. We avoid imports unless there’s a genuine flower emergency.

What size are the vases for events?
Each vase is around 15–20cm high – perfect for tables and small spaces without being overwhelming.

Can I request smaller vases for wedding or lunch tables?
Yes. If you’d prefer a lower profile so flowers don’t get in the way of conversation, just let us know when you order.
