If you know Little Flowers, you know we love a fresh, unfussy bunch. One bouquet a day, always stylish, always prioritising local and seasonal blooms. Luxe builds on that – same soul, more stems.

Here’s what sets our Luxe bunches apart:

– Bigger: A Luxe bunch is noticeably more generous. It’s our largest size—designed to make an entrance.
– More premium blooms: Think peonies, dahlias, hydrangeas, roses (depending on the season). Luxe lets us play with some of the most coveted flowers nature has to offer.
– More of what you love: Colour, texture, fullness. All turned up—but never overdone.

Why We Created Luxe

Little Flowers was built on the idea that beautiful doesn’t have to mean over-the-top. And most days, a little or large bunch says everything you need it to.

But over time, we started hearing a gentle chorus from our customers:
“Can I make it bigger?”
“Can I send something more impactful?”
“It’s for a special moment – can I go all out?”

So we listened. Luxe is our answer to that. Designed for bigger moments, shared celebrations, and times when a smaller bunch just doesn’t feel like quite enough.

Behind the Bunch: How Luxe Came to Life

The idea for Luxe began with a pattern we couldn’t ignore. Customers loved our little and large bunches, but often asked, “Can I go bigger?” We heard it in order notes, tag messages, emails from loyal fans: “This one’s a biggie – any chance of extra wow?”

So we quietly trialled a larger size. No fanfare. Just a few extra blooms, more depth, more presence. The feedback? Immediate and heartfelt. “That’s exactly what I was hoping for.”

From there, we fine-tuned everything – from scale and stem count to how Luxe would carry the same spirit as our smaller bunches. It had to feel just right: generous but still grounded, lush without being fussy. Luxe wasn’t about adding more for the sake of it. It was about elevating the message without losing the magic. And so, Luxe was born. Same design soul. Just more of it.

Made With Love (and a Little Muscle)

Our florists love making Luxe. These bunches give them the chance to work with some of the most special flowers of the season – designing arrangements that are a little more sculptural, a little more dramatic, and full of personality.

Creating a Luxe bunch is still thoughtful and intuitive, just on a bigger canvas. Sometimes it’s even a bit of a wrestling match – these bunches are generous, full, and not always cooperative! But the pride is real. You’ll often find our florists taking a quiet moment to admire the finished result… and occasionally sneaking a quick photo for their own socials when a Luxe bunch really shines.

Because our Luxe bouquets follow our daily bunch model, the ingredients change with the seasons – meaning what you send in spring will look different to what you send in winter. That’s part of the charm. In spring, our Luxe bunch might be overflowing with Peonies, Ranunculus, and Anemones. These are some of the most coveted blooms we see each year, and Luxe lets us showcase them in all their seasonal glory. In summer, think Garden Roses, Hydrangea, and tall, showy Snapdragons. The cooler months bring their own magic – perfumed jonquils, sculptural kale, and creamy stock. All these flowers – locally grown when possible – are chosen to shine at their seasonal best. No matter the month, our Luxe bunches are a generous reflection of whatever nature is doing beautifully at the moment you order. It’s our favourite way to work with what nature gives us – beautifully, thoughtfully, and minimising waste.

What You Won’t Find in a Luxe Bunch

There’s a lot we choose not to do – on purpose.

You won’t find shiny plastic ribbons, glitter spray, or floral foam in a Luxe bunch. We also steer clear of the over-the-top paper fan explosions that look impressive for five minutes and then end up in the bin. (If you’ve ever unwrapped one and thought, “What am I supposed to do with all this?” – same.)

And we definitely don’t do plastic message sticks poked into the flowers, like mini antennas. Lovely sentiments deserve better than landfill.

Instead, we keep things simple. Luxe is wrapped with care, not clutter – focusing on the flowers and using only what’s needed to protect them in transit. While we do use cellophane to keep stems in water (so they arrive alive and well), we’re actively looking for better alternatives.

It’s not perfect. But we’re always aiming for thoughtful, not wasteful. That part won’t change. You can find out a little more about our philosophy here.

Luxe bouquets are available every day – but numbers are limited. Because each bunch is made fresh and flower availability can fluctuate, we only make a set number each day. They often sell out quickly, especially on busy dates or when certain blooms are in season.

So if you’re sending for a special occasion (or just want to be sure), it’s best to order early to secure one. Once they’re gone for the day, they’re gone.
