Every November, the internet breaks into a sprint. Countdown clocks start ticking. “Last chance!” banners flash across every screen. Carts fill up with things we didn’t even know we wanted.
It’s exciting, sure – but also a little exhausting. Somewhere along the way, a sales day turned into a shopping marathon no one really needed to run – with piles of stuff destined for cupboards, or worse, landfill.
At Little Flowers, we’ve chosen a different path. No gimmicks, no fake mark-ups – the kind where prices quietly rise before a sale, only to be “slashed” again – just honest value every day. Because thoughtful gifting isn’t about panic or pressure – it’s about moments that actually mean something.
If you came here looking for Black Friday flower deals in Sydney, you might not find them. But you’ll find something better: good value, every day of the year.
We believe that affordable, beautiful flowers shouldn’t depend on one weekend of discounts. They should simply be what you get, every day.
Our model is simple: one bouquet design per day, made with locally grown flowers that change with the seasons. By keeping things streamlined, we keep prices fair. No inflated tags waiting to be slashed later. No “exclusive” sales that quietly run all year under different names. Just real value, real blooms, and real people behind them.
By focusing on just one design a day for our mixed bouquet, we buy exactly what we need from local suppliers – nothing more, nothing less. It means fresher flowers, less waste, and every bunch is true to the Little Flowers style. We think that’s the kind of consistency people can trust, especially when sending flowers to someone they love.
It’s always mattered to us to get the basics right – beautiful flowers, fair prices, and care in every bunch. That’s what our customers really value, and so do we.
Alongside our Daily Mixed Bouquet, we also offer Seasonal Bunches – single-variety bouquets that spotlight whatever’s blooming beautifully in Australia right now. They let us celebrate nature’s rhythm, support our local suppliers, and share the joy of a great crop when it comes along. And sometimes, when those crops really take off, that’s when you’ll see one of our rare, real discounts.
Sometimes, nature surprises us. A supplier might call to say their Dahlias are having a bumper week, or the Poppies and Sunflowers have flushed faster than expected. Prices drop, and we pass that joy straight on – especially to our email subscribers.
When nature really turns it on, that’s when our Seasonal Bunches shine. If Dahlias, Poppies or sunflowers suddenly flush, prices drop fast – and we’re able to pass those savings straight on. It means customers get beautiful, locally grown flowers at a genuinely great price, and growers don’t have to waste a single stem. It’s not a marketing event – it’s just Mother Nature being generous, and us helping her along..
Flower supply can be unpredictable. Sometimes our suppliers are extra generous and give us more than we expected. Other times there’s a little counting error at market, and suddenly we’ve got armfuls of extra blooms.
Rather than let them go to waste, we offer what we call eco sales – short, meaningful discounts that make sure every beautiful bunch finds a home. No pressure, no panic. Just a common-sense way to spread more joy (and avoid throwing away something good).
If you ever see a discount from us, you can bet it’s for a real reason.
Sometimes abundance is just too beautiful to waste.
Big gifting moments – like Christmas, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day – take a lot of planning. And when we plan early, we can do everything better.
When our customers pre-order flowers and gifts, it helps us secure the best from our suppliers, resource our team more efficiently, and even lock in better deals behind the scenes. That’s why we sometimes offer early-bird or pre-order discounts: because they help everyone.
It also means our team can focus on what they do best: creating and delivering something beautiful with care, rather than scrambling last-minute. And for customers, it’s a little moment of calm – knowing their thoughtful gift is already sorted, ready to brighten someone’s day when it counts most.
It’s not about rushing to buy – it’s about planning with purpose.
Planning ahead helps us secure the best from our suppliers.
On Green Friday, we’re loading up trees – not carts.
We’ve never done Black Friday, and we don’t plan to start. While other florists are gearing up for flash sales, we’ll be at the flower markets collecting the first of our mini live Christmas trees – getting ready to send them out into the world..
Each tree is grown by a specialist nursery, then delivered to Sydney homes through Little Flowers and our amazing delivery team. After the holidays, customers can choose to have their trees collected free of charge – and we’ll drive them down to Jamberoo Mountain Farm in the Southern Highlands, where the Feggans family will lovingly replant them. You can read more about the story behind the trees here.
This will be our third year doing it, and it still feels like something special every time.
We think Santa (and the planet) would approve.
Our Christmas trees find their forever home in the Southern Highlands.
Green Friday isn’t about missing the fun – it’s about redefining it. It’s proof that small, mindful choices can add up to something bigger, whether that’s supporting a grower, replanting a tree, or simply making someone smile.
Every bunch we deliver supports local growers and suppliers. Every pre-order helps us plan sustainably. Every eco sale saves flowers from going to waste. It’s all part of building a business that makes people smile without costing the earth.
Because the best gifts don’t just look good – they do good.
If you’d like to learn more about why we choose to work with local growers, you can read more here.
If you’d like to be first to know about genuine deals from our suppliers or special early-bird offers, sign up for our emails – they’re where the real magic (and the occasional eco sale) happens.
And if you’re thinking ahead to Christmas, pre-order your mini live Christmas tree now. You’ll get a little piece of nature that keeps on giving – first to your home, then back to the earth.
So if you’re searching for Black Friday flower deals in Sydney, you might find something rarer here: a florist that’s less about the rush to sell, and more about the joy of giving.
